John Mccollum

McCollum, John Arlin – Beloved husband of 63 ½ years to Nancy McCollum (nee Stewart); Son of the late Jesse McCollum and Margaret McCollum (nee Motzer); Brother of the late Gordon “Mac” McCollum, the late Mary Caldwell, and the late Ellsworth “Woody” McCollum; Loving Uncle of Sandra McCollum; John was a World War II veteran. He retired from FORD Motor Company after 32 years of service. John was a longtime member of Stonelick Church of the Brethren. He was a Ham radio operator. John was a Life member of American Legion Post 179 in Blanchester, Ohio. He was an 80-year member of the Edenton Lodge 332 F&AM, a lifetime member of the 32nd Degree Scottish Rite, member of the Royal Arch in Blanchester, Ohio and the Lebanon Commandery; John passed away Friday February 25, 2022, age 103; Resident of Milford, Ohio; Visitation will be at Stonelick Church of the Brethren 6426 State Route 727 Pleasant Plain, Ohio 45162 Tuesday March 1, 2022 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM. Sie Brock Jr. will be officiating. Burial to follow at Plainview Cemetery where military honors will be performed.
