John A. Nagle Jr.

Surrounded by his wife and children, John A. Nagle Jr. passed away October 23, 2021 at Chesterwood Village Nursing Care Center in West Chester. He was 61 years old.

In August of 2020, John was diagnosed with stage IV brain cancer. Despite 3 brain surgeries, 6 weeks of daily chemotherapy and radiation, along with numerous MRI's and hospital/doctor visits, he still managed to stay in good spirits and kept a positive attitude. He fought this unfortunate disease until the very end.

He was born December 5, 1959 in Cincinnati to John A. Nagle Sr. and Anita Joyce (nee Burden) Nagle. He was previously employed in computer sales for multiple technology companies. On June 9, 1990, he married his wife, Tracey, of 31 years. John was a devoted family man, loved joking around, and never knew a stranger. He enjoyed boating and other activities with his family. He was very involved with his children's sports team throughout the years including coaching soccer, basketball, softball, and baseball. John and Tracey continued to support their children in college and frequently travelled to watch their games. He loved watching football with his family, especially the Cincinnati Bengals, and was an avid sports fan of all Cincinnati teams.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tracey (nee Meyer) Nagle, along with their children; Allison Nagle and John Nagle III, his father John Nagle Sr. and siblings; Derek (Judith) Nagle and Theresa (the late Andrew) Painter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Anita Joyce Nagle, and two sisters; Brenda Nagle and Mindy Nagle Pamer.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. A service will take place right after the visitation at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery on Montgomery Road.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's name to the National Brain Tumor Society or Hospice of Cincinnati.
