Passed away suddenly on Monday January 13, 2020. Age 58. Residence Union, KY. Celebration of Life gather ing will be held a the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center Street, Milford, OH on Friday January 17, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
