John Bernard Petersman

John Bernard Petersman beloved husband of Myrtle Alice (nee Hess) Skidmore and the late Carmella Petersman; loving father of Bob Petersman and Dane Petersman; step-father of Alice Khol, Kathy Skidmore, Timothy Skidmore, Ken Skidmore, Tommy Skidmore, Linda Keller and the late Larry Skidmore; grandfather of Robyn, Eric, Noel, Rachael, Chuck, Jeremy, Katie, Seth, Corine, Carrie and Sean; 10 Great grandchildren; uncle of several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Lillian (nee McLaughlin) Petersman; and his siblings, Bill Petersman and Jeanine Miller. Passed away Tuesday November 29, 2016. Age 87. Residence Milford. Mr. Petersman served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and retired from Meijer as a meat cutter. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 7421 Center St., Milford on Monday December 5, 2016 from 1:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery with military honors.
