Joseph R. Felter beloved husband of the late Ethel (nee Wilhite) Felter; loving step-father of the late Betty Jane Whitley; dear friend of Dave (Rhonda) Bockman. Passed away Tuesday June 27, 2017. Age 88. Residence Milford. Visitation Friday June 30th at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St., Milford from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Service 10:00 AM Saturday July 1st at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Cincinnati.
