Passed away Friday March 13, 2015. Age 86. Residence Pleasant Plain, OH. Joe was a WWII veteran in the US Navy. Friends may call Tuesday March 17th from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St Rt 28, Goshen, OH. Graveside service with military honors 11 AM Thursday March 19th at St Joseph New Cemetery, Foley and Pedretti, Delhi. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the American Heart Assn, 5211 Madison Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45227.
