Joseph Jude Petricca

Joseph Jude Petricca, who died February 4, 2017, age 63, lives on in the hearts of his wife Patti, son Nicholas, dog Giuseppe, and cherished family & friends. Born in Chicago, IL, the youngest son of the late Lou & Grace Petricca, Joe is survived by his brothers Anthony & Lou, sisters Mary Fran & Gail, their spouses, and a vibrant family tree of loving cousins, nephews, nieces, & their children. Beloved in his restaurants by coworkers and customers alike, infamous for silliness and practical jokes, Joe is affectionately remembered for his kind spirit, passionate love of music, and fierce devotion to his family. Perhaps most of all, Joe's sense of humor was inspiring and totally unstoppable, a bright fire that could not be extinguished even in the darkest chapters of his journey. He passed away peacefully in the company of his family after a long and courageous battle with Early-onset Alzheimer's Disease. Visitation at John H. Evans Funeral Home 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio 45150 from 5-8pm Thursday February 9th. Memorial Mass at Saint Andrew Catholic Church 552 Main Street Milford, Ohio 45150 at 11am Friday.
