Joyce Sullivan

Joyce Hilda Sullivan, age 85, of Milford, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on November 12, 2025, at Bethesda North Hospital.

Born in Cincinnati in 1940 to Harry and Mary Tebbe, Joyce was a devoted daughter and a cherished sister to Marilyn (Tebbe) Unwin. She shared a beautiful 61-year marriage with her beloved husband, Denis S. Sullivan, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and family.

Joyce was a proud and caring mother to her two sons, Michael (Ginni) Sullivan and Thomas (Theresa) Sullivan. She was the loving grandmother of Katie Sullivan, Molly (Jake) Baldwin, Maggie (Brandon) Coon, Abigail (John) Sullivan, Emma (Tyler) Long, Jackie (Kendall) Vilvens, Clare (Alec) Brickner, and Conor Sullivan, and the adoring great-grandmother of Harper, Hayden, Harland, Josie Anne, Charlotte, Hudson, and Hallie.

She was preceded in death by her her husband, Denis S. Sullivan, her parents, Mary and Harry Tebbe; her sister, Marilyn Unwin; and her brother-in-law, Tom Unwin. Joyce is also survived by many dear friends and extended family members who will deeply miss her warmth and kindness.

Joyce found her greatest joy in family. She loved nothing more than being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren-each one a source of pride and happiness. Her legacy of love, devotion, and gentle strength will continue to live on through them.

The family will receive friends at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Saturday, December 6th from 9 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial services beginning at 10 AM.
