Holbrook, Juanita Belle (nee Herrin), 79, passed Saturday September 10, 2016. Cherished mother of Jim (Phyllis), Gary "Barney", Teresa (Steve) Bosworth and the late Kenneth, Billy and Pam Holbrook. Loving grandmother of Jonah (Andrea) Holbrook, Angie (Jim) Willoughby, Kenneth ""LB' (Lisa) Holbrook, Crystal (Terri) McGee, Melissa (Daron Gilbert) Holbrook and Travis Stanley. She is survived by 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Dear Sister of the late Edna Price, Geneva Brown and Zetta Cox-Jackson. Visitation Tuesday September 13th 6-8 PM. Funeral Wednesday September 14th 10 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home 1944 SR 28 Goshen, OH.
