Juanita M. Tracey, born on September 26, 1944, in Newtonsville, Ohio, passed away on August 7, 2026. A beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Juanita was a woman of simple pleasures and profound love, residing in Batavia, Ohio at the time of her passing.
Throughout her life, Juanita found joy in the beauty of nature and the warmth of family. She cherished every moment spent with her husband Ron, exploring the sights and sounds of places like Renfro Valley and Dollywood. Her home was a reflection of her spirit; friends and family often remarked how her vibrant gardens and flower beds could make anyone feel as though they were strolling through a park. Juanita's gift for nurturing not only extended to her plants but to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
As an avid reader, she embraced the world through the pages of her books, often sharing tales that resonated with her family. Her gentle demeanor and kind heart made her the cornerstone of her family, her legacy continued through her three daughters-Lissa (Brian) Childs, Sherri (Jack) Enxuto, and Stefanie (Matthew) Baumann-and her son, Jeffrey Pierce. In addition, she leaves behind ten cherished grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, each of whom carries a piece of her vibrant spirit within them. Juanita was preceded in death by: her parents Elmer & Florence Hill; siblings Mary Hill, Ruth Benner, John Hill; and granddaughter Jeannene Woodard.
Juanita was known as a woman of simplicity, yet her life was rich with love, laughter, and lasting connections. She will forever be remembered for her nurturing ways and the countless joyful memories she created with her family.
Services to honor the life of Juanita M. Tracey will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 11:00AM Evans Funeral Home, Milford. Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00AM until time of services. Celebrating her remarkable life, sharing stories and memories that reflect the love she instilled in all around her.
As we prepare to say our goodbyes, we are comforted in knowing that Juanita lives on in the hearts of all who were touched by her kind and loving spirit. May she find eternal peace in the gardens of heaven.
