Judy Ann Billups

Judy Ann Billups, beloved wife of 55 years to Joseph M. Billups, loving mother of; Jennifer E. (Dave) Hezlep, J. Scott (Cristina) Billups, devoted grandmother of; Tyler, Ryan, Sofia, Michael and Lily, dear sister of; Rick Shannon, Cindy Meguire and the late Mike Shannon. Preceded in death by her parents Dock and Beaulah "Boots" Shannon. She taught 1st and 2nd grade at Milford Schools for 25 years. Passed away on December 16, 2020 at the age of 73. She was a resident of Milford. Family will receive friends at Eastside Christian Church, on Saturday, December 19th from 1 PM until time of services beginning at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to ALS Association, 1170 Old Henderson Rd. Suite 221 Columbus, OH 43226. Please note: Masks are required. Even though our home church is Trinity United Methodist Church, we have chosen Eastside Christian to ensure a socially distanced service, Thank you.
