**Obituary for Julia May Armstrong**

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Julia May Armstrong, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left us peacefully on April 29, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on May 23, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Julia was a lifelong resident of the Milford area, where she devoted much of her life to caring for others.

For many years, Julia poured her heart into childcare, nurturing countless children with love and warmth. She later became a familiar face at Goshen BP, where she worked as a cashier for over two decades. Julia was not just a diligent worker; she had a knack for making friends with everyone who passed through her line, often brightening their day with her infectious smile and genuine kindness.

An avid knitter and crocheter, Julia enjoyed creating beautiful handmade gifts for her family and friends. Family gatherings were her favorite, a time when laughter echoed through the rooms and every moment was cherished. Julia was a proud member of Job's Daughters and the Eastern Star, where she formed deep bonds with her fellow members.

Julia is survived by her loving husband, John Armstrong, her son John Armstrong, and daughter Aimee Ross. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren: Anthony Smith, Chris Smith, Danielle Smith, Emily Smith, Austin Armstrong, Nick Barbour, and Alyssa Homoelle. She also leaves behind her cherished siblings, Linda Ehrhardt Huson, Charlie Ehrhardt, and John Ehrhardt.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Julia's life at her funeral service, which will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on May 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM. A visitation will take place prior to the service, starting at 1:00 PM. Julia's remains will be cremated, following her wishes, with a disposition to take place at 909 East Ross Avenue in Cincinnati.

As we gather to honor Julia's memory, let us remember the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the legacy of kindness that she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Julia was preceded in death by parents Robert and Lois Ehrhardt
