(nee Schroth), beloved wife of David Allen Carter, devoted mother of David Andrew Carter, Christopher Carter, Mark Carter, Tony (Janet) Carter and Patrick Carter, loving grandmother of 4, also survived by 1 brother and 3 sisters. Passed away, Sunday, June 21, 2015, age 74 years. She was a resident of Milford, Ohio. Family will receive friends at St. Andrew Church, Milford on Friday, June 26th from 10 AM until time for Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville.
