Julie Kaye (nee Woodrey) Helphinstine beloved wife of Clay A. Helphinstine; loving mother of Steve Ray Cebula and Dale Cebula; dear grandmother of Kalob, Seth, Logan, Mayhugh, and Henry Cebula; daughter of Eugene Woodrey and the late Henrietta (nee Lewis) Woodrey; sister of Connie Robinson and Genie Lawrence. Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday January 5, 2016. Age 65. Residence Fairfax. Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Friday January 8, 2016 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY 41097.
