Julie Lynn Lewis, age 28, of Withamsville, passed away un-expectantly, May 19, 2018 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery. She was born July 3, 1989 in Cincinnati the daughter of Robert and Carrie (nee Rein) Lewis. She is survived by her mother, Carrie, children; Isaac & A.J., brother; Carl Lewis, half-brothers; Jerry and Paul (Kristen) Lewis and several aunts & uncles. A Celebration of Julie's Life is planned for 5:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, May 25, 2018 at the Buckwheat Community Park, 5951 Buckwheat Rd. Milford 45150. Her family requests that memorials in her honor be made to American Heart Association, 2936 Vernon Place, Cincinnati, OH 45219
