Katherine M. (nee Farmer) Helmes beloved wife of the late Fred G. Helmes; loving mother of Cheryl Smith, Ron (Marie) Spurlock and Kimberly Spurlock; cherished grandmother of Holli (Jamie Vilseck) Fitzgerrel, Ben (Melanie) Fitzgerrel, Pam (Lucas) Weiss, Bethany Smith, Emma Spurlock, Jessica (Nathan Alcorn) Spurlock, Cassie Smith, Chase Peace and Lily Peace; great grandmother of Stella Dyer and Baby Boy Fitzgerrel; dear sister of Helen Spurlock and Dean Agee; aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Blaine and Clara (nee Hamblin) Farmer; and her siiblings, Ken Farmer, James Farmer, Malcomb Farmer and Ima Jean Mason. Went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 3, 2020. Age 73. Residence Goshen. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Entombment will take place at St Joseph Old Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH.
