Kay Ann (nee Kellerman) Chase beloved wife of David L. Chase; loving mother of Chris (Deedra) Kellerman, Brian (Christine) Chase and Cody Chase; cherished daughter of Albert "Dick" and Margie (nee Gilkison) Kellerman; dear grandmother of Noah Kellerman, Aiden Kellerman, Karis Kellerman, Triniti Chase, Brailee Chase and Baiden Chase; and sister of the late Alan Richard "Rick" Kellerman. Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday June 23, 2019. Age 63. Residence Batavia, OH. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St., Milford on Thursday June 27th from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery in Newtonsville, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be given to the Evans Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
