Keith Harold Phillips, son of the late Harold Phillips and the late Susan Marsh, dear brother of Pam (Sam) Brown, Lana (Jeff) Clouse and Deanna (Arlie) Whitaker, uncle of Carson Brown, Wendy Holbrook, Taylor Clouse, Parker Clouse, Courtney Whitaker, Arlie Whitaker Jr. and Nicolas Whitaker, great-uncle of Madison Holbrook, Riley Holbrook and Reagan Finley. Passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at the age of 49. He was a resident of Loveland, Ohio. A celebration of his life will be held at the Loveland American Legion Hall on Saturday, January 28th from 2 until 5 PM.
