It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Karl Damhorst, a beloved husband, brother, and friend who left us on December 20, 2025, at the age of 71. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Ken spent most of his life in Loveland, Ohio, where he cultivated a passion for baking that led him to work at Servatii Bakery, sharing his delicious creations with family, friends, and the community.

Ken was not just an exceptional baker; he was also a dedicated member of the First Baptist Church of Milford, where he actively participated in the Prison Ministry, Children's Ministry, and Bus Ministry. His unwavering faith and kindness touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda Damhorst; his brother, Alan Damhorst; and his sister, Christine Chandler. Also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.They will cherish the memories of his warmth, laughter, and the countless ways he enriched their lives.

Join us to celebrate Ken's life and the joy he brought to our hearts. A funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Milford on January 3, 2026, at 10:30 AM, followed by his burial at Myers Goshen, OH. A visitation will also take place at the church on January 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM, providing friends and family a chance to share their memories and express their condolences.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the Bearing Precious Seed Scripture publishing ministry, honoring Ken's devotion to spreading love and faith in the community.

As we gather to reminisce, let's celebrate Ken's life, filled with laughter, compassion, and, of course, a love for baking that will forever be remembered.

Kenneth was preceded in death by parents Arthur and Verma Damhorst, brothers Ronald & Mark Damhorst and sister Joyce Berry.
