Passed away Friday April 15, 2022, age 64, residence Goshen, Ohio. Services Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, Friday, April 22, 6:30 PM. The family will receive friends 5 PM until time of service. Memorials to Evans Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
