Went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday May 3, 2017. Age 61. Residence Amelia. Visitation will be held Saturday May 6th from 10:00 AM until Celebration of Life Service at 11:30 AM all at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, OH 45122.
