Larry Elbert Mason

In loving memory of Larry Elbert Mason, a cherished husband, devoted father, doting grandfather, and beloved brother. Larry was born on December 29, 1944, in Covington, Kentucky, and peacefully passed away on May 22, 2024, at his home in Milford, Ohio.

Throughout his life, Larry found joy in his work, relishing the routine and challenges it brought. An avid traveler in his younger years, Larry cultivated a deep love for exploration and adventure. In his youth, he could often be found playing baseball, a passion that brought him immense joy. He enjoyed being outside camping and enjoying golf. His collection of cars was a source of pride and fascination, reflecting his love for both history and craftsmanship.

Larry is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Harriet Mason, his sons Larry (Samantha) Mason Jr., Kenneth (Teresa) Mason and Steven (Rebekah) Mason, grandchildren; Cecilia, Amelia, Lance, Brooke, Shelby and Gabrielle and his brothers; Floyd Mason Jr. and Gary Mason. He is preceded in death by his parents; Floyd and Lillian Mason, his brother Harry Mason and his sister Sue Steele.

The family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Wednesday, May 29th from 1 PM until the time of funeral services beginning at 2 PM. The burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.

Larry Elbert Mason will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his love for adventure and sports, and his passion for collecting. May his legacy live on in the hearts of all who knew and cherished him.
