Lawrence R Rich

Larry R. Rich age72, of Blanchester, passed surrounded by his family March 30, 2017 at his residence. He was born July 14, 1944 in Lebanon the son of Roger and Georgia (nee Homan) Rich. He was a graduate of Blanchester High School and in April 1965 he married Carol Puckett Rich. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 until 1970. Larry was a member of the St. Columkille Catholic Church in Wilmington and retired from ABX Air as a Senior Buyer. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol, sons and daughters-in-law; Jeffrey and Teresa Rich, Jason and Sarah Rich, grandchildren; Colton, Zachary, Bentley, and Annabelle Rich, brother and sister-in-law; Jerry and Debbie Rich, nephew; Corey (Beth) Rich, great nieces; Peyton Rich and Lily Rich. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 10:00AM until 12:00PM at the Graceland Memorial Gardens Chapel. Military Honors will be presented by the American Legion Post # 179 of Blanchester. His family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Dayton Honor Flight, c/o Al Bailey, 200 Canary Ct., Enon, OH 45323.
