Leonard Paul Schenz, Jr.

Leonard Paul Schenz, Jr., age 73 of Loveland, Ohio, passed away on Friday August 16, 2024, in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. He was born on April 4, 1951, in Cincinnati to the late Leonard Paul Schenz and Frances Jane Sells. On June 9, 1973, he married the love of his life, Susan Mary Hentz.

Paul loved his family dearly and is survived by his wife, Susan; his three children, Matthew P. Schenz (Justin Loew) of Brunswick, Erin M. Campbell (John) of Loveland, and David E. Schenz (Celia Yost) of Cincinnati; his two grandchildren, Jonah and Rosemary Campbell of Loveland; his four siblings, Sharon F. Irving (Thomas, dec.) of Cridersville, Barbara Snyder (James) of Lima, Eric Schenz (Debra) of North Carolina, Lynne Sanders (Christopher) of Cridersville; his brother-in-law Vernon J. Hentz (Dian, dec.) of Ocala, Florida; and his aunt, nieces and nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.

Paul is a graduate of Perrysburg High School. He earned a BS from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Xavier University. The first 20 years of his career were spent with Palm Beach Company, where he achieved the level of Executive Vice President. After leaving Palm Beach he served as the CFO of New Creative Enterprises. For the past 20 years Paul has been a partner in Red Carpet Studios in Loveland Ohio.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday August 24, 2024, at Saint Columban Church, 894 Oakland Rd., Loveland, OH 45140. Mass will be preceded by visitation at Saint Columban from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
