Lester Eugene Kenser of Pleasant Plain, Ohio went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 28, 2021.
Lester was born May 17, 1940 in Bell County Kentucky and is survived by his wife of 62 years, Frances Kenser (nee Langford); and their children, Cynthia (Trent) Williams, Sharon (Sammie) Burnett, Timothy (Brenda) Kenser, Charles Kenser, Mary (Donald) Van Winkle, Son-in-law, David Junkert, and close family friend, Monica Brown; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; his siblings, Leona (Willard) Pittman, Charles (Linda) Kenser; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in by his daughter, Karen Lee Junkert, brothers, Norman Kenser, and Willard Dale Kenser, and sister, Carole Worthington, and his best friend and fur baby, Charlie.
Lester was a retiree of General Motors and was a longtime employee of Bill Martin Chevrolet.
Lester was a child of God and known in his community and by his friends and family as a generous, kind, and caring man who always assisted others in a time of need. He will be sorely missed by everyone. he was a wonderful husband, father, papaw and friend.
Visitation at Evans Funeral Home - Goshen 1944 State Route 28 Goshen, OH 45122 Wednesday, March 3, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be at the funeral home Thursday, March 4, 2021, at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Myers Cemetery in Goshen. Evans Funeral Home - Goshen assisting the family.
