Linda L. Jackson

September 12, 1951 — January 23, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Lee Jackson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who left us peacefully on January 23, 2026, at the age of 74. Resident of Cold Spring, Kentucky, Linda was born on September 12, 1951, in Cincinnati, OH, to the late Herbert and Wanda (nee Pelcha) Mullis. She was cherished as a loving and generous individual who dedicated her life to her family, making their happiness and well-being her top priority.

Linda's greatest joy came from spending time with her husband, daughters, sons-in-law, and granddaughter. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and her family was truly her world. Linda was a friend to all who met her, always ready to lend a listening ear or offer support.

Throughout her life, Linda embraced her passions with an open heart. She found joy in doing arts and crafts, often expressing her creativity through painting. A lover of old Westerns and history, she enjoyed the stories that transported her to different times and places. Gardening was another of her great loves, as she delighted in tending to her flowers and creating a beautiful oasis for her family. In her younger years, she loved ballroom dancing with her husband and friends. Linda loved celebrating life with her family during holiday gatherings, especially at Christmas time, creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever.

Known for her generosity, compassion, and protective nature, Linda had a huge heart, always ready and willing to help others. She will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Linda was a dedicated wife to Edward "Eddie" Jackson for 55 years; a deeply loving mom to Candace (Jerry) Holloway and Andrea Fern (Brian) Dapper; a proud grandmother to Elizabeth Fern; and a committed sister to Kathy (Don) Neal. She is also survived by her family friend, Otha Terry "JR," beloved best friend, Deb (Bill) Massa, her dearest cousin Mary Foley, several nieces, nephews, her cats Brutus and Itsy, and many friends and neighbors.

Along with her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Danika Fern Dapper.

Services for Linda will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford, Ohio. A visitation will take place on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Linda will be laid to rest at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
