Linda "Lynn" Kay Beckler

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Kay Beckler, who departed this life peacefully on February 6, 2025, at the age of 73. Born on March 20, 1951, in Dayton, Kentucky, to the late James and Helen (nee Norman) McCain.

Linda was known for her spunky and outspoken personality. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often seen sitting on her front porch glider, sipping coffee, and enjoying the beauty of the birds and horses that surrounded her.

An avid crocheter, Linda took pride in creating beautiful pieces that she often shared with her beloved family. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them, creating memories that will forever be etched in their hearts.

Linda was the beloved wife of 44 years to the late Michael G. Beckler; Caring girlfriend of Mike Calhoun, Loving mother of April (Kermit III) Beckworth, Mike Barker, and Scott (Amy Jo) Barker; Cherished grandmother of Destiny Beckworth, Kermit IV (Brittany) Beckworth, Kylie Beckworth, Madison Barker, Maddox Barker, and Sophia Barker; Dear sister of Judy (the late Mason) Burton.

A memorial service to honor Linda's life will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Prior to the service, a visitation will take place beginning at 5:00 PM, providing friends and family an opportunity to gather, share stories, and celebrate the life of a remarkable woman.
