With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lisa Ann Caldwell, who left this world peacefully on January 2, 2026, at the age of 63. Born on May 29, 1962, in Mariemont, Ohio, Lisa spent her life as a loving daughter, a devoted mother, a cherished sister, and a friend to all who had the privilege to know her.

Lisa was known for her strong, kind spirit and her unwavering dedication to everything she set her mind to. Lisa was both hardworking and diligent in her career, inspiring those around her with passion and commitment. Beyond her career, Lisa lit up every gathering with her beautiful smile and infectious laughter. Family Christmas gatherings were among her favorite moments, where she created lasting memories filled with love and joy.

A devoted dog lover, Lisa adopted several rescue dogs, showcasing her caring nature and her deep love for animals. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from playing games-especially Uno-with her family to indulging her sweet tooth with delicious treats. Her famous meatloaf was a dish that brought everyone to the table, a testament to her love for cooking and nurturing those around her.

Lisa leaves behind her beloved son, Michael Theilman, her daughter, Taylor Caldwell, her mother, Donna Ware and step-father, Tom Ware, her uncle Patrick (Sue) Horton, her granddaughter, Chloe Theilman, her niece, Heather (Sean) Hartman-Isaacs, and her dear sister-in-law, Debbie Hartman. In every role she embraced, Lisa made a lasting impact on the lives of those she loved.


Lisa was preceded in death by brother Steven Hartman.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to "All Dogs Come from Heaven Rescue" in Amelia, OH, an organization close to Lisa's heart.

As we remember Lisa, we are comforted by the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the countless memories we will treasure forever. Rest in peace, dear Lisa, you will always be in our hearts.
