Loretta was a proud member of the Owensville Order of the Eastern Star and the Clermont County Farm Bureau, where she dedicated her time to uplifting those around her. Her heart was especially invested in the youth of the community through her role as a 4-H advisor, helping to inspire the next generation. Known for her zest for life, Loretta was often seen at local auctions and yard sales, where her warm spirit and unique wit made her a friend to everyone she met. She could frequently be found at the Clermont County Fair's pie and cake auctions, embodying the community spirit for which she was so adored. A true testament to her connection to her hometown, Loretta proudly served as the Grand Marshal of the 150th Clermont County Fair.
Loretta's career included several esteemed roles with the Clermont County Clerk of Courts, the Clermont County Child Support offices, and the Census Bureau. Her impact on both her workplace and the community was immeasurable and continues through the many lives she touched.
Above all, Loretta cherished her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Earl J. Blevins, and her daughters, Nancy (Gary) Runyon and Wanda (James) Weigel. She leaves behind a loving legacy through her grandchildren, Nicole (Nathan) Attinger, Travis Runyon, Michael Weigel (Christine Kay), and Nathan (Rosie) Weigel, as well as her great-grandchildren, Kyla, Kendra, Ella, Austin, AJ, Vera, Trudy, and Addiston.
