Preceded in death by his parents Noble Allen & Halle Wilson Allen and brother Floyd Allen. Visitation Tuesday December 19th 6 - 8 PM at Evans Funeral Home 1944 SR 28 Goshen, OH. Graveside Service Wednesday December 20th 10 AM at Plainview Cemetery SR 131 & SR 727 Newtonsville OH.
