Louis William Gildea

Louis William Gildea, 80 years old, passed away May 13, 2022 at his home in Williamsburg, OH surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol, his children; Darrell (Emily) Gildea, Randy (Cami) Gildea and his grandchildren; Max Gildea, Audrey Gildea and Mason Gildea. He was preceded in death by his parents; Ervin and Marie Gildea. Louis was a loving husband, father & grandfather that will be truly missed by family and friends. Louis retired from Ford Motor Company after 28 years of service in 2004 as a Millwright. He was a proud member of UAW Local 863. He enjoyed spending time with his family, working on his Whizzer Motorbikes and maintaining the best looking yard in the neighborhood. He was proud to have served in the Army National Guard. Visitation will be Thursday, May 19th, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 AM, all at St. Louis Church 210 N. Broadway Street Owensville, OH 45160. Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Montgomery, OH. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his name to St. Louis Church.
