OLIGEE, Louis Frank - Beloved husband of the late Elaine Marie Oligee (nee Wolf); Dear brother of James Edward (the late June) Oligee, and Charles Richard (Loretta) Oligee; Passed away Tuesday June 21, 2016; Age 90 years; Resident of West Chester, Ohio; Frank was a WWII Veteran who served and was wounded under General George S. Patton. He was very active in the F.O.P. Fraternal Order of Police and the H.C.P.A. Hamilton County Police Association. Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio 45150 Tuesday June 28, 2016 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial at Greenlawn Cemetery.
