Tudor, Lucy Elizabeth, 81, resident of Milford, passed December 12, 2016. Beloved wife of Boyd Tudor; Loving mother of Shelia Tudor-Netherland, Vickey (Kevin) Tudor-Beasley, Stephanie (Phil) Tudor-Shirk and Kerry Tudor; Cherished grandmother of Brooke, Karleigh & Halle Conner and Kasen & Kambryn Tudor; Dear sister of Faye Campbell, the late Shirley Lykins and the late John Goins. Visitation Saturday December 17th 9:30 - 10:30 AM. Funeral 10:30 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, Ohio. In lieu of flowers family requests memorials to the American Lung Association.
