Wininger, Lucy Ann (nee Chambers), beloved wife of Christopher A. Wininger, devoted mother of Christopher (Diana) Wininger II, Tanya Parram and Kevin (Christie) Wininger, loving grandmother of Mckenzie, Christopher and Jocelyn, dear sister of Carol Sue, Lynn, Brenda, Marjie and John Jr., also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away, October 16, 2015, age 55 years. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, Saturday, October 24th from 9 AM until time of services beginning at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery, Newtonsville, Ohio.
