Beloved husband of Connie Va (nee Riggs); Loving father of Krystal & Edgrick Shipmon, Kelly & Nathan Charles and Chhatt Va; Grandfather of Maryahna Shipmon, Jia Shipmon, Chloe Charles, Mavrick Charles, William Va and the late Rachel Poole. Also survived by Yong & Rita Va and Say & Lori Va. Graveside service 11 AM Monday May 18, 2020 at Plainview Cemetery Newtonsville, Ohio.
