Margaret Anne Imhoff “Margie”, age 88, peacefully passed away on November 28, 2023 with her family by her side.
Margie was born on August 31, 1935 to Herman and Margaret Steinmetz Ricken, their youngest of five daughters. She married William “Bill” Imhoff June 4, 1955. They spent their early years together in Washington DC, Maryland and New York as he served in the US Air Force. They later lived their dreams of owning a small farm in the country where they both nurtured nature, many animals and Margie could have her Collies. Bill preceded Margie in death January 27, 1995.
Margie is survived by her children Pam Lowman, Peggy Muchmore and Nancy (Brian) Kendall. Grandchildren Heather Imhoff, Emily (Shawn Swafford) Lowman, Erik (Chelsea) Muchmore, Nathan Lowman, Christopher Muchmore, Kelly Kendall, Nicole Kendall and Andrew Kendall. Great Grandchildren Trevor Imhoff, Zachary Allen, Jocelyn Swafford, Kyle Allen and Marie Muchmore. Also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her sisters Sr. Jane Hildegarde Ricken OSB, Mary Lou (Tom) Cleary, Rita (Ken) Ashley and Ruth Imhoff.
Visitation for Margie will be held on Saturday December 2, 2023 from 9:00 am until time of Mass at 10:00am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 5890 Buckwheat Road. Milford, OH 45150, with burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford.
