Margaret Inez Sheldon

Margaret Inez Sheldon, born August 14, 1923 in Briceville, TN to Demos and Mae Carroll, passed away on April 8, 2019 at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her husband Warren Sheldon, son Gary Sheldon, daughter-in-law Nadine Sheldon, daughter Beverly Hanneman, parents Demos and Mae Carroll, brother Kenneth Carroll, half-sister Pauline Martin, half-brother Ralph Martin, granddaughter Angie Traylor, grandson David Hanneman and great-granddaughter Faith Rogers. She is survived by her children Kay (Ken) Afterkirk, Teresa (Larry) Poe, Bryan Hanneman and Pam (Rockie) Rogers, 17 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. She was a member of the Mt. Repose Baptist Church for 60 years and worked for 17 years at the Milford Junior High. Family will received friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Thursday, April 11th from 12:30 PM until time of funeral services beginning at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford.
