Cox, Margie J. - Beloved wife of 57 years to Jim M. Cox; Devoted mother of James M. Cox Jr. and Mark (Monica) E. Cox; Grandmother of Dustin Cox, Josh Cox, Ashley Cox, Brent Cox, Tyler Cox, Ethan Cox, and Laura Cox; Great grandmother of Jacob Causemaker, Haven Wilhelm, Ezmae Cox and the late Kelly Wilhelm; Dear sister of Libby (Bob) Meirose; Margie was the founder of For the Babies Charity which provides clothing, blankets, quilts for the newborn infants in NICU at Bethesda North, Children's Hospital, University Hospital, and Good Samaritan Hospital which is still in operation today and is growing. In her spare time, Margie enjoyed painting, making jewelry, rock tumbling and any other craft. but when she relaxed you would always see her reading. Margie passed away Monday August 8, 2022, Age 75 years; Resident of Wayne Township; Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home - Goshen 1944 State Route 28 Goshen, Ohio 45122, Tuesday August 16, 2022, from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Goshen Cemetery. If so desired, memorials may be made to the charity she founded For the Babies.
