Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday June 30, 2018. Age 40. Residence Colerain Township. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, OH 45122 on Thursday July 5th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday July 6th at Myers Cemetery on State Route 28 and Short 48 in Goshen, Ohio. Evans Funeral Home is serving the family.
