It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mark Alan Bolender, who left this world on July 5, 2026, at the age of 64. Born on June 21, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Donald Bolender and Margie LaForge. Mark spent his life in Milford, where he worked as a dedicated electrician. His strong work ethic and passion for his craft were evident to all who knew him.
Mark was a man of many passions. A lifelong NASCAR fan, he had a particular admiration for the legendary Dale Earnhardt, whose spirit of determination resonated deeply with him. Mark was an avid supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds. Mark enjoyed fishing, where he found tranquility and happiness in nature's embrace.
With a sparkling sense of humor and a heart full of kindness, Mark was known for his ability to brighten the days of those he encountered. A true patriot, he cherished the values of his country and instilled a sense of love and responsibility in his family. Above all, his children and grandchildren were his greatest treasures; his love for them was boundless and unwavering.
Mark was the loving father of Danielle Bolender and Mindy Bolender; Cherished son of Margie Bolender; Dear grandfather of Aaron, Isaiah, Peyton, Ariana, Sophia, Madison, Julian, and Jonah; Brother of Tim (Patty) Bolender, Melissa (Eric) Williams, and David Bolender. Mark is also survived by the mother of his children and cherished friend Pam Meadows, and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his father Donald Bolender.
A graveside service to honor Mark will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery - 234 Center St, Miamiville, OH 45147. Please consider donating in Mark's memory to the Hospice of Cincinnati.
