(Gwyn LaFountain) Carey; Loving grandmother of Hope Carey, Stephanie Carey, Wyatt Carey, Mason Carey, and Madison Carey; Dear sister of Frank Hurst, the late Nelson Hurst, and the late Herb Hurst; Martha will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and by those who knew and loved her; Passed away, Friday, January 3, 2020, Age 67 years; Resident of Mt. Orab, OH; Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Milford, OH 45150 Tuesday, January 7, 2020, from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM with Graveside Services following at 2:30 PM at Graceland Memorial Gardens 5989 Deerfield Road Milford, OH 45150.
