McRoberts, Martin W. “Marty” – Husband of Jan McRoberts (nee Shank); Loving father of Kat Beckman, Martin Jr., and James (Peg) Mc Roberts; Grandfather of 8 grandchildren and Great grandfather of 8 great grandchildren; Brother of Forest Mc Roberts, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; Marty was a proud graduate of University of Cincinnati where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with two bachelor’s degrees one in Mechanical Engineering and one in Safety Engineering. Marty worked at NuTone Inc. for 20 plus years. He was a member of SOIFPA (Southern Ohio Industrial Fire Protection Association) and Seven Hills Social Club. He was baptized into the Catholic faith in 2012. Marty had many hobbies, early on he was a baseball coach in the Milford area and was a leader in the Boy Scouts of American. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Recently he took up leatherwork, where he tooled and laced many products, and he liked to do woodworking as well. When he relaxed, he would be engrossed in any science fiction book, Ray Bradbury, being one of his favorite authors Passed away June 24, 2022, Age 81 Years; Resident of Milford; Visitation at St. Andrew Catholic Church 552 Main Street Milford, OH 45150 Thursday June 30, 2022, from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will be at St. Andrew Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew Church RCIA Program. Evans Funeral Home assisting the family.
