Mary Louise Carrier

CARRIER, MARY LOUISE (nee Chandler)- age 84, of Miami Township, passed away at Hospice of Cincinnati - Blue Ash Tuesday August 23, 2022. She was born December 9, 1937 in Brodhead, Kentucky, the daughter of Leon Chandler and Naomi (nee Simpson) Chandler. She graduated from Brodhead High School in 1954, then after graduation she moved to Cincinnati, Ohio. She worked at Procter & Gamble and attended Eastern Hills Baptist Church, currently called Christ the King Eastern Hills, where she met Richard Carrier. They were married February 17, 1961. Out of this union they had two sons and Mary Lou then stayed home to raise their children. She is survived by her two sons, Kevin Carrier and Tim Carrier, (spouse David Desper). Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Carrier; and her siblings, Jessie Marie Sheard and Arthur "Teddy" Chandler. In her spare time , Mary Lou was a "book worm" she loved reading romance novels, mysteries, and biographies, doing crossword puzzles, and was an avid news watcher.
