Mary Laverne Messink

Mary LaVerne Messink age 95 of Milford, passed at her residence Saturday, April 22, 29017. She was born December 1, 1921 in Cincinnati the daughter of Longenius "Lonny" and Luella Wise Ahlers. She was a sales clerk for the J.C Penny Company Milford. Her husband John George "Jack" Messink preceded her in death. She is survived by her children and spouses, Mary & Richard Vinup, John and the late Debbie Messink, Dave and the late Jenny Messink, Theresa Messink, grandchildren, Larry, Debbie, Michelle, Rich, Tonia, Tim, Heather, Tammi, David II, Erin, Brian, Casey, 24 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great children, sisters, Marie Back, Joan Wolf. She was preceded in death by brothers Julian and Eugene Ahlers and sisters Dorothy Grivois and Loretta Bollman. A family gathering time will be 10:00 to 11:00 AM Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford, with Memorial prayers at 11:00AM before proceeding to the St. Mary Cemetery in St. Bernard.
