Mary Beth Weinle (née Wallace) age 58 of Milford, Ohio, passed peacefully from complications of non-small cell lung cancer on January 15, 2026, with her children by her side. Mary was born on March 6, 1967, and grew up on Buckeye Lake, where her love of the beach began. She married her husband, Joe, on October 14, 2000, and together they raised two children.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Joe Weinle, and her mother, Ruth Wallace. She is survived by her children, Mitchell Weinle of Milford and Julia Bates of New York. She is also survived by her sisters-in law, brother-in-law, and dear friends: Carol Durham, Mary Beth Robson, Al Patterson, the Christen Cousins, Shonda and Bob Hoover, Angelle and Rick Steller, and Joie Bailer.
Mary had an extensive "found family" from all chapters of her life and brought many groups of friends together. Mary was a sister of Delta Zeta at NKU and had a dear group of PTO mom friends who celebrated Margarita Mondays and supported each other in motherhood. Mary loved her career and had many friends across the industry from her more than 30 years in television advertising sales.
Mary was fun and quick-witted. She loved animals, particularly her Shelby and her golden retrievers. She loved to travel, especially cruises and the beach. She loved her Bengals for better or worse (Who Dey!). Most importantly, she was a loving and devoted mother to Mitchell and Julia.
Donations can be made to The Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute in Columbus, the facility she often referred to as the "Disney World" of hospitals.
A celebration of life for Mary will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on Saturday, January 24th at 2:00p, with visitation beginning at 1:00p.
