Payne Sr.; dear Step-son of Patrick Horton; loving brother of Michael Payne Jr. and Megan Payne; devoted grandson of Shirley Kraus and the late Fred Kraus and Helen Payne and the late John Payne. Passed away Monday May 23, 2016. Age 24. Residence Milford. Celebration of Life visitation will be held Tuesday May 31st from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St., Milford, OH 45150.
