Maude Greene

Maude Green, age 94, of Wayne Twp. died peacefully at her residence on Sat. April 9, 2016. She was born Apr. 7, 1922 in Five Mile, near Mt. Orab, OH the daughter of the late Homer and Mabel Davis. She is survived by her children; Nelson Greene of Sardinia, Linda Knight of Blanchester, Charolette (Ted) Lyttle of Pleasant Plain, 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, a sister, Edna Kimmerly of Owensville, 2 daughters-in-laws Linda & Abbie Greene, sister-in-law, Corkey Tedrick of Blanchester. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ovid Nelson Greene, sons, Kenneth & Ronald Greene, son-in-law, James Knight and 8 siblings. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Woodville Baptist Church, 10970 Woodville Rd. Blanchester, officiated by Rev. Bill Webb. Burial will follow in the Woodville Cemetery in Wayne Twp. Friends may call from 12 noon until the time of service at 2:00 PM.
