Melvin Eugene Hahn

Melvin Eugene Hahn Sr. born June 27, 1937 in Goshen, Ohio. He passed away May 27, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents Homer and Ruth Hahn and two grandsons Dexter and Aaron and his first wife Elizabeth. He leaves behind his wife Ruth Hahn, children Ester Alcorn, Julia (James) Dague, Melvin Hahn Jr., James “Ted” (Susan) Hahn, Rebecca (Dale) Kannenberg and Rechelle (Greg) Knof, 14 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Sharon (Dennis) Binkly.

Melvin worked for Ford Motor Company from 1963 – 1999. After he retired he volunteered at Bearing Precious Seed making Bibles.

Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral noon Wednesday May 31, 2023 with visitation starting at 10 AM. All at the Batavia Baptist Temple 770 S. Riverside Drive, Batavia, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bearing Precious Seed 1369 Woodville Pike, Milford, OH 45150.
