Michael Douglas Ballard

Michael Douglas Ballard, born May 9, 1994. He is the beloved son of John Michael (Bridget) Ballard Jr. and Tina Murphy Hill, brother of Chris Ballard, uncle to Brantly James and Waylon Michael, grandson of John Michael Ballard Sr. and Candice Ballard, great-grandson of Joan Ballard and Clay Meenach. Passed away on December 15, 2021 at the age of 27. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Tuesday, December 21st from 10 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Edwardsville Cemetery.
