Michael Ray Nelson

Michael R. Nelson, 59, of Milford, Ohio, died June 22, 2022, at his Milford home. Mr. Nelson was born July 29, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Robert M. Nelson and Dixie L. Ingram. He attended Mt. Healthy High School in Mt. Healthy, Ohio, graduating in 1980. He soon pursued a career in the restaurant business and traveled to California and Washington for work. He returned home to be closer to his family. He enjoyed his friends and family and loved a good crossword puzzle. He is survived by his mother, Dixie L. Ingram; his sister, Deborah K. O’Keefe and her spouse Kevin J. O’Keefe and their daughters Shannon M. O’Keefe and Kelly E. O’Keefe. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert M. Nelson. Due to the TORNADO in Goshen, and the electricity being out and damage to the area, we were forced to change the time and location of the memorial service. It will be at Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio 45122 Tuesday July 12, 2022 from 6:00 PM until time of service at 6:30 PM . Michael's wish was for everyone be comfortable, so the dress is casual.
